Promotion — the annual cycle
1. A slot opens
Voluntary exit, new growth, or non-renewal — a Partner who falls below their level's minimum Five Capitals score is not renewed, freeing the seat.
2. Partners vote — twice
Rank the shortlisted candidates, and separately rank next year's strategic priorities, in the same sitting.
3. AI decides
Combines the ranked vote, each candidate's Five Capitals score, and the newly-set priorities into one transparent decision.
4. Promoted
New Gold and Platinum Partners unlock the Membership Profit Pool from the next distribution.

Units carry a five-year lock. Early exit is conditional and runs through the Ecosystem Liquidity Pool or the Member-to-Member Marketplace at NAV, subject to good standing.
